Who we are
qraft is operated by Qraft Digital Solution. qraft helps businesses import price lists, prepare quotes, publish HTML quote links, and track customer views. You can contact us at hello@qrafted.co.
Information we collect
- Account and workspace information: name, email address, password credentials, company name, workspace settings, branding settings, plan, role, and account status.
- Product, customer, and quote content: uploaded price lists, SKU data, product details, customer names, quote items, quote totals, quote terms, notes, and public quote-page settings.
- AI prompt information: prompts, uploaded data, and selected quote or product context needed to produce AI-assisted imports, quote drafts, rewrites, or follow-up text.
- Public quote view information: timestamps, quote view count, referrer, device type, country when available, user agent, and a hashed IP signal. qraft does not store raw IP addresses for quote view tracking.
- Billing information: plan selection, subscription status, invoices, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by qraft.
- Technical information: log data, diagnostic events, browser information, and error reports needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Marketing and outreach information: business contact details, company role, public company information, outreach status, and opt-out requests when we contact potential business users about qraft.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the qraft service.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and manage workspaces.
- Import price lists, generate draft quotes, and publish quote links.
- Track quote views and show quote activity to the sending workspace.
- Process subscriptions, usage limits, invoices, and support requests.
- Send product, account, support, billing, and service emails.
- Contact relevant businesses about qraft and maintain opt-out or suppression records.
- Detect abuse, debug errors, prevent unauthorized access, and meet legal obligations.
AI features
When you use AI-assisted features, qraft may send the prompt and the minimum relevant workspace content to AI service providers so they can return the requested result. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending it to customers.
We do not sell your workspace data, and we do not intentionally use your customer, product, quote, or prompt content to train public AI models.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate qraft, including hosting and database providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics and error-monitoring providers, AI service providers, and security tools. We may also share information when required by law, to protect qraft and our users, or as part of a business transfer.
Public quote links
Published quote links are designed to be shared with your customers. Anyone with the link may be able to view the quote until it expires, is withdrawn, or access is otherwise removed. Public quote pages show only the quote details needed by the recipient; private customer fields such as email and phone are not exposed on public quote pages.
Cookies and similar technologies
qraft uses required cookies and similar storage for authentication, session security, preferences, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Optional analytics such as Google Analytics load only after you accept analytics cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is used for aggregate traffic insights and is designed to work without cookies.
You can change your analytics choice from the Cookie settings link in the site footer. For more detail, read our Cookie policy. Blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in or core app features from working.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a SaaS product at qraft's stage, including authenticated access, company-scoped records, encrypted transport, managed hosting, and limited public quote fields. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
We keep information while your account is active, while needed to provide the service, or while required for billing, legal, security, and operational records. You can request deletion or export by contacting us.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by emailing hello@qrafted.co. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
You can reject optional analytics from the cookie banner and can opt out of outbound marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by emailing us.
Children
qraft is a business tool and is not intended for children. Do not use qraft if you are not legally able to enter into these terms for yourself or your organization.
Changes
We may update this policy as qraft changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice inside the product or by email.
