Digital service
qraft is a digital SaaS product. Paid access, plan limits, quote links, and qraft credits are delivered through the online service rather than shipped as physical goods.
Free plan
The Free plan does not require payment. If the Free plan is enough for your workflow, you can keep using it within the published limits.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription so it does not renew at the next billing period. Unless the checkout or subscription screen says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case. We may approve a refund for issues such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or an accidental upgrade request that is reported promptly and has not been materially used.
qraft credit top-ups
Purchased qraft credit top-ups are digital usage credits. A top-up may be eligible for refund if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and no credits from that top-up have been used. Used, expired, promotional, or bonus credits are not refundable unless required by law.
How to request billing help
Email hello@qrafted.co with your account email, invoice or payment reference if available, the charge date, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and payment.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank and card network timing can vary, so the refund may not appear immediately after it is issued.
Policy changes
We may update this refund policy as qraft changes. The policy shown at the time of purchase applies unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
