Terms of service

The rules for using qraft, managing subscriptions, publishing quote links, and using AI-assisted quote features.

Agreement

These terms are between you and Qraft Digital Solution, the operator of qraft. By creating an account, starting a paid plan, or using qraft, you agree to these terms. If you use qraft for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity in your account and workspace. Keep your login credentials secure, use accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the users you invite and the content they create in your workspace.

The qraft service

qraft helps you import price lists, manage product data, prepare quotes, publish HTML quote links, track quote views, and use AI-assisted drafting features. qraft is a business productivity tool; it is not accounting, legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product data, customer records, prompts, notes, quote content, uploaded files, and other materials you add to qraft. You give qraft permission to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, support you, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.

Quotes and AI-assisted output

You are responsible for reviewing every quote before sending it to a customer. AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not fit for your specific deal. Prices, taxes, discounts, delivery fees, product matches, validity dates, and terms should be checked by you before a quote is published or accepted.

Public quote links

Published quote links are customer-facing pages. Anyone with the link may be able to view the quote until it expires, is withdrawn, or access is otherwise removed. You are responsible for deciding what information is safe to include in a quote before sharing it.

Plans, billing, and usage

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Prices, included users, SKU limits, quote-link limits, qraft usage allowances, and feature access are shown on the pricing page or in your checkout flow. Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and payment provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method. Billing questions can be sent to billing@qrafted.co.

Included usage for eligible AI-assisted features resets according to the plan rules. Usage allowances have no cash value and are not transferable unless we say otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan so it does not renew at the next billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Our refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use qraft to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, send deceptive or harmful content, upload malware, scrape or attack the service, bypass limits, misuse public quote links, or interfere with other users. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Service changes and availability

We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of qraft. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, file format, or third-party service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use qraft in a way that could harm the service, other users, or the public. You may stop using qraft at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

qraft is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, qraft and Qraft Digital Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
